Shipping Methods
Please be aware that under normal circumstances, the items you purchase will be delivered within 15–30 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and local logistics conditions.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or international shipping disruptions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5 USD per order for all deliveries. The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Please note that customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country, if applicable.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the product.
